DAY 1: 28th November 2011
Check in at the British Airways (Comair) counter at Cape Town International airport 1 ½ hours prior to departure. Arrival in Johannesburg OR Tambo airport. Connect through to international departures & check in at Singapore Airlines counters for flight SQ 479 departing 13:30.
DAY 2: 29th November 2011
Arrival in Singapore Changi Airport, transit through to MI 772 departing for Koh Samui at 08:10. Arrival in Koh Samui, meet & assist services. Transfer through to Aloha Resort - Koh Samui.

DAY 3: 30th November 2011
Begin the journey with some Muaythai history, how it was born, why and how the techniques were formulated. A walk down the old parts of Samui island (local villages) where the first establishments came about and where the first fights took place. Introduction done by Hanarong. Afternoon training session headed by Nong himself and assisted by Ralph Beale.

DAY 4: 01st December 2011
There will be two parts to the day: first there will be the light training session with all Samui trainers and fighters, including Madsua, the King's Cup champion, and a fitness work out session headed by Billy Orr, the fitness and condition trainer of The Challenger Muaythai and fitness adviser to the Biggest Loser Asia.

DAY 5: 02nd December 2011
Morning - again, easy training session, At 13:00 - island tour with stops at historical and religious sights and group shots at Big Buddha.
Evening - fight night with ring side seats.

DAY 6: 03rd December 2011
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Koh Samui Airport for flight PG136 to Bangkok. Arrival in Bangkok, meet & assist and transfer to the Rembrandt Hotel.
Dinner at the famous restaurant "Cabbages & Condoms" in a private room with a cultural show- Muay Boran and Krabi Krabong.

DAY 7: 04th December 2011
Morning - training session at Queen's Park. Followed by - Bangkok city tour consisting of: Wat Phra Kaew, speed boat drive and visit Wat Arun (approx 3 hours tour).
BED SUPPER CLUB- Three-course meals are served.
Overnight on BB at The Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok on a twin sharing basis
DAY 8: 05th December 2011
Morning visit to the Drug Rehabilitation Centre. Late afternoon transfer to attend The King's Cup. Over 6 hours of fights. VIP stage seating.

DAY 9: 06th December 2011
Day at leisure, late checkout and transfer to Bangkok Airport. Check in at Singapore Airlines counter for flight SQ981 departing 21:05. Transit through Singapore and board flight SQ478 to Cape Town.
